Product Description:
The vertical ring die pellet machine is a very special machine with
a series of great features. It is specifically designed for biomass
fuel granulation as well as coarse fiber material granulation. It
boasts a reasonable structure and is highly efficient, with an
output that is consistently high.
The machine is composed of four main parts: the power part, the
transmission part, the granulation part (with the core part being
its mould and pressure wheel), and the automatic lubrication part
as well as the air-cooled dust removal part.

Machine Features:
Pellet Machines' Gear Box
The gear box adopts three-stage gear deceleration, its carrying
capacity is five times larger than that of the old model, and its
service life is super long. This gear box is made by five axis
gantry CNC machining center, to maintain the quality and Precision
of the gearbox. Moreover, the gearbox is connected with Chinese
standard motor by coupling directly, so as to increase the kinetic
energy conversion rate and improve the production efficiency.
Maintenance will also become more convenient. The motor brands we
have cooperated with are all well-known in domestic.
About the Main Shaft
The main shaft is made of 45# steel. To ensure the hardness and
service life of the shaft, it's been processed by precision
casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough
machining.
New Kick-out System
The driving motor of the feeding system adopts a hard tooth surface
reducer, which provides a longer life and more stable operation.
The large gear and the small gear are separated from the pelleting
chamber, and the material dial part is externally set, solving the
problem that the dial material is easily corroded by high
temperature steam. In the material shifting cover, except for the
material shifting turntable, other non-moving parts which come into
contact with materials and steam are all made of stainless steel,
so it's able to address the problem of metal corrosion.
Additionally, the disc type discharging pellets make the discharge
smoother, and the forming degree is better.
Disc Discharging Shell
The disc discharging shell is produced by stainless steel, which
has higher strength and corrosion resistance than the past type,
and thus, the steam corrosion problem can be reduced. The shell
also has a longer life time.
Lubrication Pump
The pellet machine has two sets lubricating system, a grease pump
and a circulating lubricating oil pump. The grease pump mainly
lubricates two rollers in pellet machine. The circulating
lubricating oil pump mainly lubricates the pellet machine main
shaft bearings and gearbox, as well as the material dial part. The
gear box lubrication pump is equipped with flow detection and
over-pressure protection, which can prevent equipment failures
caused by poor lubrication effectively. Besides, a cooling fan is
set for the gear box lubrication pump, which is able to cool down
the lubricating oil without stopping the machine, so as to ensure
long-term operation.
Ring Die
There are two kind of die: one is made of alloy steel, and the
other is made of stainless steel material. Both of them are
quenched in a vacuum furnace and have a uniform hardness, no
breakage, and super wear-resistant; the die holes are processed by
high-speed gun drilling, and their arrangement is even, while the
inside of the holes is smooth. Up and down all can be used.
Roller Shell
The roller shell has three types: one type is surface carbonizing
treatment trough, the second type is sealing groove roller shell,
and the third type is made of super wear-resistant alloy welding
process by robot. The sand cutting trough it produces is durable.
