Structure and Application

G580 is an silicone surfactant of Si-C bond-containing non-hydrolytic molecular structure, with such characteristics as excellent suitability, emulsibility and stability. It is a favorable stabilizer for flexible polyether-based polyurethane foam, and applicable to various types of machines to manufacture high quality foams of 8~35 kg/m3 density.

Solubility

G580 is soluble in polyether polyols, isocyanate and most of organic solvents.

Storage

G580 is water-absorbing. It must be sealed and stored in dry and cool place. Its shelf life is more than 24 months.

Application

G580 is non-toxic and non-corrosive. In case of any contact with your skin or eyes, wash with water or cleanser.

In the same year, Joyway Group Chemical founded its subsidiary, Qinjin Qixing Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., and formed a joint venture with its Indian partners to establish a production base in India. This China-India collaboration aims to broaden perspectives and provide high-quality, durable screening equipment for the mining industry and related sectors.
