2-12mm thickness Polyurethane Flip flow screen mesh can be used for sieving Organic waste for the mine and Quarry industry. Polyurethane Flip flow screen meshes are produced by the high quality Polyurethane resin which is the general name of macromolecular compounds rich in N-HCOO in the main chain, so it has excellent wear resistance, long service life, low density (1.25kg/m³), lighter than metal sieve surface, and can reduce unit consumption of production;

Simple structure, convenient installation, effectively improving the service life of the screen panels, reducing the times of replacing and reducing the production cost. The aperture can be designed according to customer requirements.

Features of Polyurethane Screen Panel

1. Excellent abrasion resistance performance and long service life: 8`10 times longer than common wire mesh, 3 times longer than stainless wire mesh and about 3.9 times longer than natural rubber. It has the best wear-resist performance in the mesh material

2. Little work for maintenance, the polyurethane screen panel is heavy duty structured and hardly to be damaged under normal operation.

3. Low noise: our polyurethane and rubber screen media can reduce that noise level by as much as 9 decibels.

This China-India collaboration aims to broaden perspectives and provide high-quality, durable screening equipment for the mining industry and related sectors.
