Under the effort of our technical department dedicating to
technological innovation,research and development,we have
successfully developed the steel shell structure induction furnace
for melting. It consists of four main parts: steel plate shell,
magnetic yoke, insulation material, induction coil.
The steel shell furnace can be powered by one set of power supply
cabinet at the same time, one is for melting and the other is for
melting, both of them can melt the metal synchronuously , this can
guarantee continuous molten iron in the casting process.
We have also applied the oriented silicon steel sheet which
produces less eddy current , generating less heat. A special
W-shaped structure is also applied without need of cooling water,
reducing power consumption and water pipeline quantity.
Fix water-cooled cables and water pipes with brackets. When furnace
is overturned, cables and water pipes behind brackets will not move
together with furnace body , reducing cable wear degree and bending
degree so as to extend service life of rubber pipes.
It is necessary to adopt dust-proof and splash-proof technology
when oil cylinder for tilting the furnace works in a casting
environment. Our company's dust-proof and splash-proof technology
has already achieve a good working effect.
