After coil leaves reel of coiler, reel would prepares for next
coil.
After the head of the next strip is fed into the coiler and winded
several turns, the strip is tensioned. Then tension of strip would
be established and coiler would speed up until loop runs out. At
last speed of exit section will slow down to normal condition.
