This production line is galvanizing line of cold rolled steel. It
mainly includes uncoiling section, welding platform, entry looper,
annealing furnace, zinc pot, air knife system, cooling system after
galvanizing, tension leveler, passivation section, exit looper,
reserve postion for electrostatic oiler and some other equipments.
The production line's product position is architectural material,
roof, panels, etc. Its function inlcudes annealing, galvanizing,
finishing, straighterning, pre-painting oil. etc.
For good anticorrosion performance, galvanized steelsheet is vastly
applied into the industries of home appliance,
decoration,advertisement, and civil construction, etc.
Particularly, the home applianceindustry (outer shell of air
conditioner, outer plate of refrigerator, outershell of washing
machine, computer, and microwave oven, etc) and color coatedplate
has large demands on galvanized plate.
All production consumption materials and goods required by the
equipment commissioning and trial production will be provided by
the buyer.
Raw material, painting, passivating agentia, hydraulic oil and
lubrication oil, etc needs to be in accordance with the relevant
national standards, and will be provided by the buyer as per the
plan by the equipment production line.
