The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters will not only preheat the engines
to avoid cold start, but can also operate continuously during
normal engine operations, to provide an optimal engine operating
temperature. During extreme cold weathers, such as those below
-20°C, the engine would need extra heat supply even during its
operations. The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters can do just that. The
HLN coolant heaters have an optimized control program that can
automatically change the heaters’ output according to engine
coolant temperature, to keep the engine running at a desired
environment. At the same time, the fuel consumption by the heater
is also optimized to reduce the cost.
HLN focuses on systematic improvement on the products’ key
component. The fuel pump is a good example. The company provides
several variants of fuel pumps to meet different requirement. It
started from a version that can function at extreme low temperature
(-41°C). Such a pump is ideal for vehicles that need to work at
extreme cold environment for extended period. Later on, when the
company expanded to the recreational vehicle market, quiet
operation instead of low temperature functionality became the major
concern. Seeing the new demand, the company developed another fuel
pump that can work at a temperature as low as -20°C, but much
quieter. Such a change immediately drew well acceptance among the

The diesel boiler of automobile adopts 24V or 12V DC power supply
and consists of circulating heating system with diesel engine and
radiator.
It can increase the oil temperature between the cylinder and the
piston, decrease the viscosity of the oil, and heat the air in the
intake manifold.
