Sorter for bottle and cap

Simple and practical bottle sorting machine and cap sorting machine, this machine can automatically complete the process of bottle sorting/cap sorting by manual or automatic adding bottle/cap.

The main parts of the machine are made of 304 stainless steel. Simple structure, is the ideal production line auxiliary equipment. The whole set of equipment adopts the humanized design, the staff is safe and convenient to operate, and the replacement specification is quick and easy. The bottle of the whole set of equipment runs smoothly to ensure that the transmission system does not stick to the bottle/cap.

Double head inner cap pressing and outer cap capping

The capping head is shown in the figure. Automatic photoelectric detection, automatically fix the bottle after detecting the bottle. Automatic capping, adjustable torque.

It can ensure the capping effect, no damage to the cap, the capping pass rate is high, the work is stable, the versatility is good, and the replacement of the grasping head is quick when the specification needs to be replaced. The parts have long service life, smooth operation, low noise, wide use range and high capping rate.

Threshold protection: the host is equipped with a safety door threshold alarm device. During normal production, open the safety door (around the door), and the host automatically alarms and stops the machine;

An oil-water separator is installed in front of the intake main pipe. When the pressure is too high or too low, the host automatically alarms and stops the machine; (All the above alarms are touch screen display and sound and light alarms at the same time)
