The main filling and capping parts including 24 nozzle filling nozzles and 8 heads cappin heads, filling by piston with high filling accuracy and filling speed,

The capping heads suitable for varous kind of caps, and he capping heads are customized according to customer's cap sample, if the cap diameter is different, the capping heads need to change accordingly, but the changeover time is quick.

The bottle inlet screw is used for separate bottle one bye one enter into filling station smoothly

The crooked cap detector and rejector, is the capped bottle is unqualified such as cap is crooked, or cap is missing, this bottle will be rejected automatically

This is the aluminum foild detector and rejector, if the aliminum foil is missing, the bottle will be rejected automatically

This is the cap sorter, the cap sorter and sorting the caps to capping station one by one automatically, it has linkage function with the cap elevator and capping machine, if the cap sorter bowl is full, the cap elevator will stop feeding cap into sorter, if cap sorter is lacking caps, the elevator will start work again.

This is the cap transfer station, the capping head will grasp cap here and put cap onto bottle

Application products:

Conveyor and drip gutter: the conveyors before filling and after filling equipped with drip gutter also, to prevent liquid drop on ground and pollution workshop.

Cable trays: simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible configuration and convenient maintenance, so that the cables and air pipes on the site are not messy.

Packaging & Shipping

The machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
