LP-7A Automatic Vertical Type Bottle Unscrambler For Plastic Bottle And Plastic Jar, High Sorting Speed

Major characteristics:

This machine consists of bottle elevator, mainframe and conveyors. Adopts PLC control system to integrate each driving parts together. Parameters can be changed by touch screen to meet different required speed. Different bottles applicable just by changing turnplate inside the bowl, and other parts can be freely adjusted. This unit meets GMP standard, which made of SS304 and aluminum alloy. All driving areas are covered by protection door, which makes machine more safety and friendly-environmental.

The part of machine frame

The machine’s framework and cladding materials are all processed by SUS304, elegant and durable; the operating surface designed two pieces slide security door which processed by tempered glass surrounded stainless steel square tubes, when you make adjustment, just open the door is ok, close it when it is in normal running, overall machine is safety and spotless.

2.Bottle sorting hopper and feeding parts of elevator

The bottle sorting hopper and bottle feeding elevator are all processed by high quality SUS304, the diameter of hopper is about 1700mm, it is integrated with feeding elevator, there’s detecting sensor’s inside hopper to check the bottle’s quantity, if the bottle quantity in hopper is not enough, the feeding elevator will feeding bottles automatically, when bottle quantity in hopper is full, the feeding elevator will stop work automatically, the speed is frequency speed which can be adjusted random.

This machine are all intelligent automation working and without manual operation; the parts of this machine which contact with bottle are all nonmetal material or rubber material to prevent hurting bottles.

3.Bottle separation part:

This part is driven by variable speed motor, can achieve frequency speed control; tool-less adjustment according to different bottle size, the parts which contact bottle body are processed by rubber material, avoid scratching bottles; the other main function of this parts is, separating outlet bottles one by one, convenient to go into next procedure to unified bottle’s direction (all bottle mouth will be up direction).

Bottle sorting parts:

After pass through bottle separating part, the bottle will go into bottle sorting turnplate, please see below picture (the outlet bottle from hopper will be 2 directions: bottle mouth is forward or backward), the turnplate will clamp bottle and pass through bottle reorganizing device to make all bottle’s mouth to backward, to meet the follow-up requirements.

Bottle erecting part: (erect bottle from horizontal)

A. The bottle will be picked out by three-stage clamping belt from turnplate, the three-stage clamping belt named as clamping belt 1, clamping belt 2 and clamping belt 3 (from left to right, see below picture), the speed is frequency control, when bottle pass through clamping belt 1, bottle is inverted state; when bottle pass through clamping belt 2, bottle is horizontal state (at this time, all bottle’s mouth is in the same direction); when bottle pass through clamping belt 3, bottle is stand up state, all bottles’ mouth are in up.

B. All speed can be adjusted in touch screen, and when you change specification, just need to rotate the hand wheel, no need to change anything.

C.In order to guarantee bottle not fall down when outlet from clamping belt 3, there’s interlocking control between bottle unscrambler and filling machine, there’s bottle detecting sensor after unscrambler (please see below picture), when bottle in block, unscrambler and elevator both are stop running automatically, when bottle in lack, unscrambler and elevator start to running automatically again.

6.Fall down bottle rejecting system

The machine equipped with the bottle-removing device, when the outlet bottle fall down, the photoelectricity detected and the cylinder reject the fall down bottles into the collection bucket.

7.Adjust part:

When customers need to change their specifications, they can turn the handles without using tools. The adjustment is simple and convenient.

Delivery: packed by wooden case and delivery to Shanghai Port, the wooden case is suitable for long-term sea delivery
