Major characteristics:

This machine is specially designed for high corrosive material, such as strong acid and alkali, hydrochloric acid products and bleach etc..

The welded part of main machine is made from polypropylene (non metal material), filling valve adopts imported plastic spherical valve which is anti-corrosive with a long service life.

1. This machine is linear gravity filling machine (time* rate of flow), automatically controlled by PLC and touch screen, with the advantages of advanced structure, stable working, low noise, widely adjusting range, fast filling speed; applicable to water aqua, emulsion, and some other no viscous material ‘s qualitative filling; automatically complete bottle inletting, qualitative filling, and bottle outlet.

2. This machine adopts PLC control system, operated by touch screen, easy operating, high produce efficiency, widely using range.

This machine is able to memory multiple sets of specification parameters with a high level automation, simplify the changings for different bottles, all the dosage adjustment can be achieved by touch screen, reliable working. The filling hopper welded to the main machine is made from16mm non-metal polypropylene.

The welded part of main machine is made from polypropylene, inserted metal frame, strong and compact structure, acid-proof and alkali-proof.

The filling nozzle is made of titanium alloy which is anti-corrosive.

The drip gutter, bottle neck clamp, railway guard etc. are all made from stainless steel which plated anti-corrosive Teflon

The conveyor and chain plates are all use plastic material

Applicable products such as bleach, toilet cleaning liquid, disinfector and some other corrosive liquid.

1. the machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
