Each capping head of the capping section is as shown in the figure, and the capping torque can be adjusted to ensure the capping effect without hurting the cap. The capping qualification rate is high, the work is stable, the versatility is good, it can be applied to anti-theft caps, straw caps ,When the specification needs to be changed, it is quick to replace the grab head.

The bottle feeding system adopts the screw to ensure smooth bottle feeding, and a photoelectric detection device is installed in the direction of bottle feeding. .In addition, the operation of the bottle supply system of the equipment adopts a modular design, which effectively reduces the time for changing the bottle type and improves the operability.
