Major characteristics
This machine is a rotary type capping machine with stable operation
and wide range of application. It is applicable to various caps
(inside anti-theft ring, exterior anti-theft ring, ordinary outer
cap) of various glass bottles and plastic bottles. High, high pass
rate; Inlet bottle, cap sorter, cap feeder, capping, defective
product detection, outlet bottle, using grabbing cap locate the
cap, in the process of the bottle to complete the rotation of the
cap; In the process, there is no damage to the bottle or cap, the
entire machine is controlled by a programmable controller (PLC) and
touch-type man-machine interface; it can be comparable to similar
foreign products, and it has been established by Liby, Unilever, Blue Moon, NICE, SC Johnson, Lam Ju, Danzi and a series of
domestic and foreign customers recognized.
The components have long service life, stable operation, low noise,
large application range, and high capping rate.
The whole frame and outsourcing materials are all made of 304
stainless steel, and all the surfaces are treated with Teflon
plating, which is beautiful and can effectively prevent the
corrosion of materials. The machine's production speed is
infinitely adjustable, which is conducive to the fitting production
line. Ideal for medium-sized packaging workshops.
Adjusting specifications is quick and easy, and can be divided into
three steps:
(1) Because the height of the bottle is different, the height
adjustment of the host is adjusted by the motor, which is
convenient and quick, and the work efficiency is greatly improved;
(2) Since the diameter of the bottle is different, it is only
necessary to replace the entire set of molds engraved with marks,
which is convenient and quick;
(3) As the diameter of the cap is different, the capping head needs
to be replaced, which is convenient and quick;

Capping part
Detection system
Main lifting part:
The machine main lifting parts adopts motor-type lifting
adjustment, when need to replace the bottle specifications, due to
the different bottle height, you only need to operate in the touch
screen to achieve height adjustment, and the machine installed
upper limit, lower limit photoelectric protection device to ensure
that no errors occur;
Capping part:
In capping part, each capping head has the function of torque force
effect control system, through this device to ensure the effect of
capping and to avoid injury (when the cap is screwed, capping head
and clutch separately, bottle and cap relatively static, will not
hurt bottle and cap).
Threshold protection: the host is equipped with a safety door
threshold alarm device. During normal production, open the safety
door (around the door), and the host automatically alarms and stops
the machine;
An oil-water separator is installed in front of the intake main
pipe. When the pressure is too high or too low, the host automatically
alarms and stops the machine; (All the above alarms are touch screen display and sound and light
alarms at the same time)
