1. What’s your main product?
Main products are Laptop Battery, POS terminal battery, Barcode
scanner battery, Printer battery, Wireless hotspot battery, mobile
phone battery, Tablet battery, Cordless phone battery and
customized electronics battery.
2.What’s the warranty in your company?
We offer 12 months warranty if there is some quality problems.
3.What’s the shipping for goods?
In order to reduce the cost of customers, usually we send goods by
express like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS because we enjoy the VIP
price If customer has familiar shipping agency, we can send goods
to the address you provided.
4. How long goods can be received?
Customer will received goods within 5-7 days. If there is any
accident in shipping we will notice you as soon as possible.
5. How to take the risk during transportation?
We would bear the risk 100% in case the goods were missed or
detained by custom in China. But if goods were missed or detained
by custom occurring in other country excepting China, buyers are
responsible for loss.
6. Could you design the battery as requirements?
Yes, we have a professional technician team, OEM and ODM are
welcome.
7. How to deal with the returns?
We will check the returns in 2 working days After checking we will
provide testing report to customer. We will resend
new replacements with new order.
8. Who will pay shipping cost for returns?
The buyer will pay for the shipping cost of RMA shipment.
