Used for connection between SMT production lines, can also be used
for PCB buffer, inspection, testing or manual insertion of
electronic components. PCB conveyor generally includes: frame, two
parallel rotation in the frame on the conveyor belt, circuit boards
placed in the two conveyor belts for transport, the existing
conveyor belt is generally fixed in the frame position, so that the
two conveyor belts transported on the width of the circuit boards
are limited, thus not conducive to the different sizes of the

Check before powering on
1,Check the supply power cord for damage.
2,Check whether the equipment has good grounding.
3,Check whether the control buttons are reset.
4,Check whether the width of the guide rail is suitable.
5, check whether the belt is loose.
6,Above no abnormality can be switched on and ready for operation.
Precautions
1. Ensure that the transport part, belt, pulley and transport rail
are free of foreign objects to ensure smooth and stable transport.
2. Regularly add oil to the transmission part, rack and pinion, or
adjust the width of the screw, and the oiling must be carried out
under the state of shutdown.
3. In case of power failure, turn off the power switch of the
equipment immediately.
