Usage Instruction

1. Turn on: To turn on the unit, push the ON/OFF button to “ON” position. The temperature displays on LCD.

2. Temperature measuring: Insert the probe into beverage or food; get the temperature reading after the reading on LCD readout is stable. Clean the probe with a damp cloth after use.

3. Clean and care: Clean the probe with a damp cloth after use. DO NOT submerse the thermometer in water or place it in dishwasher.

4. Turn off:
i. Turn off manually: To turn off the thermometer, push the ON/OFF button to “OFF” position.
ii. Auto off: The thermometer will turn off automatically if there is no operation in 15 minutes.

This kitchen utensil has a large range of measurement from -49°F to 392°F (-45°C to 200°C), 0.1°F/°C resolution, ±1.8°F/1°C accuracy, perfect for indoor or outdoor use in the kitchen, oven, barbecue, grill, smoking and many more. And allows users to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius by pushing the button inside the battery case.
