High Temperature Heaters Platelet-Shaped Heating Elements is
laminated and vacuum treated, and then the metal and ceramics are
co-fired at a high temperature of about 1650℃, and then welded with
lead wires. It becomes a heating element of medium and low
temperature. This kind of heating element is another new product
after alloy electric heating wire and PTC heating element.
Product composition
1. Substrate: the content is not less than 95% white Al2O3 ceramics
2. Lead: 0.5mm nickel wire or nickel copper wire
3. Casing: Teflon
4. Heating material: tungsten
