CERAMIC IGNITION RESISTANCE
Introducing the Kairui ceramic biomass igniter range, an advance in
ignition technology for solid wood fuels. Ceramic Igniter for
pellet stoves, designed to ignite wood pellets and wood chips in
stoves, boilers and burners. Tested for more than 10,000 ON/OFF
cycles, with rapid ignition times.
Kairui KRHX-ST series ceramic igniters revolutionize biomass
heating appliances ignition process. It consume less energy (300W)
compare to tradionatl metal cartridge igniter but reach 1000°C at
steady-state temperature allowing an ignition of 60~90 seconds.

Installation prohibition
Design your system so that the lighter heating element never comes
into direct contact with solid fuel or ash or metal protective
tube. If the heating element comes into contact with solid fuel,
ash or protective metal, it could damage the heating element. A
longer buffer tube should be considered to avoid this situation.

Economical Packing- Ceramic igniters are packed in cartons, each box contains four
boxes, each box contains 33 pieces, each igniter is wrapped in
pearl cotton. Each carton contains 132 pieces.
Each igniter is individually packaged -
A - Ceramic igniters are packed in cardboard boxes, each box
contains four boxes, each box contains 15 pieces, each igniter is
wrapped in pearl cotton and packed into individual small cartons.
Each carton contains 60 pieces.
B- Ceramic igniters are packed in cartons, each igniter is wrapped
in pearl cotton and packed into individual small cartons, the
carton is surrounded by pearl cotton boards, each carton contains
90 pieces.
DELIVERY
Delivery Time:3-15days.
