Frame part

2) The fabric is waterproof and UV resistant.

Design and Planning:

  • Manufacture the frame components using aluminum or steel tubes and connectors.
  • Cut, bend, weld, and assemble the frame according to the design specifications.
  • Test the frame's structural integrity and stability.

• Fabrication of Canopy and Sidewalls:

  • Cut and sew the canopy fabric and sidewall panels based on the tent's dimensions.
  • Apply any custom graphics, branding, or logos to the fabric.
  • Seam-seal the fabric to enhance water resistance.

  • Quality Control:

    • Perform thorough inspections of all components to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Check for proper stitching, welding, structural integrity, and accurate measurements.

  • Assembly and Testing:

    • Assemble the frame and attach the canopy and sidewalls according to the design.
    • Test the tent's setup for stability, proper fit, and functionality.
    • Verify the installation of accessories and features.

  • Packaging and Shipping:

    • Disassemble the tent and pack all components securely for transportation.
    • Label components for easy assembly at the event location.
    • Arrange shipping to the event site or to a distribution center.
