Introduction of Fence Mesh Welding Machine:
1. The fence mesh welding machine adopts synchronous control
technique. The center-control and welding time are composed of PLC
program system. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen
and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable
and it could press at one time, times welding.
2. Welding by electromotor; the hopper adopts the step motor; brake
motor wheels; pulling the wire mesh is controlled by the servo
motor.
3. 160KVA Transformer with water cooling system.
4. The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straight and pre-cut.
The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance of weft
wire at random on the same one piece wire mesh sheet.
5. Mesh pulling system is controlled by servo-motor that adopts
elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the
precision of mesh opening size.
6. Wire feeding way:The line wires and cross wires should be
pre-straightened and pre-cut, then be put by manual work
7. Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, cold drawn wire,or
galvanized (cold galvanized, hot galvanized) processing.
Features of Fence Mesh Welding Machine:
1. Control system Mitsubishi or Panasonic PLC automatic control
system, combined with Weinview touch screen, can directly input and
display equipment operating parameters, intelligent and easy to
operate.
2. Weft wire hopper: the stepper motor drives the disk-type device
to drop wires automatically, and the hopper has a large capacity of
storing wires max up to 1.5 tons. When there is no cross wire in
the hopper, the equipment will stop running automatically.
3. Sending longitudinal wire feeding mechanism: servo motor is
equipped with planetary reducer to drive pneumatic compression wire
feeding device to send wire to the welding position. The equipment
is automatically welding.
4. Mesh pulling mechanism: servo motor supporting planetary reducer
drives pneumatic clamping mesh pulling device to ensure the
stability of the system and the standard size of the welded
mesh.Automatic reciprocating mesh drawing can realize the
production of lengthening size mesh.
5. Water-cooled welding electrodes and a new type of special
water-cooling transformer welding mesh with epoxy resin are
adopted, which is smaller in size and higher in safety and
reliability than traditional transformers.
6. Low-voltage electrical appliances are made of Schneider,
well-known brands to ensure the efficient and stable operation of
the equipment.
7. The machine will stop working automatically if there is no cross
wires in hopper device.
8. When there is malfunction on the machine, the PLC will alarm,
which is convenient to adjust the machine.
9. The cross wire space adjustment adopts PLC micro-computer
control, set on the touch screen.Very easy and convenient to
operate.
10. The mesh pulling system is automatically calculated in cycle.No
need manual setting. The mesh pulling car can be back to origin
automatically after finishing the pulling mesh.
