The pet food extruder, also named fish food extruder, which is used
for processing for making the food of pets (like dogs, cats,
rabbits, fishes, tortoise, birds, pigs, foxes, etc.) and the feed
for other aquatic products, birds, domestic animals, etc. It has a
wide range of applications and it is high and new technical program
which can catch the developing pet food market and also animal
husbandry.
The fish food extruder mainly use amino acids, grains, fish meal,
fat, whey powder, soybean meal, straw, green fodder, meat and bone
meal, miscellaneous meal as the main raw materialss to get final
puffed pet food through mixing, puffing, roasting, seasoning
processing.
The whole production line including Crusher-Mixer-Fish feed
extruder machine-Dryer-Cooler-Oil spray machine-Packing machine.
This line is widely used for process all kinds of grains into
high-grade aquatic floating or sinking feed pellet for
fish,catfish,shrimps,crab. It also can make pet feed for dog,cat

The advantages of feed extruder:
1. The machine is a pellet feed extruder, which can produce a
variety of flower-shaped pet food, and can also customize molds
according to customer requirements.
2. The product discharge port is equipped with a frequency
conversion speed regulating rotary cutting device, which can adjust
the blade rotation speed at will to control the cutting speed and
length.

market price. The extruded feed pellet produced by this machine is
neat and smooth, floats on the water surface for more than 12 hours

reduces fish diseases.
4. The feed extruder model has built-in screw and extended screw
sleeve, the material has a long peeling time, adjustable
temperature, and adjustable output torque, so that the made
