Lithium Charging Cabinet

The cabinet is used for battery storage and charging of factory workshop, electric tools, bicycles and vehicles, research and testing institutes etc.

Features:

1. Intelligent Lithium Charging Cabinet is designed for the storage and charging of all kinds of power tool batteries. The cabinet is designed with FM6050 standard fire protection structure, and the products meet the requirements of American Occupational Safety and Health Association OSHA 1910. 106 and American Fire Protection Association NFPA 30 regulations;

2. The top of the cabinet is equipped with frequency conversion and low-power axial flow fan for exhaust operation, which can effectively discharge the heat generated by battery charging. At the same time, using the double-channel ventilation pipe on both sides of the cabinet is designed to make the exhaust efficiency more efficient. Axial flow fan speed: 5200 RPM, air volume: 280 m3 / h;

3. The cabinet is standard equipped with four groups of industrial grade PUD sockets, four groups of sockets separate line control, can effectively prevent line overload and short circuit, providing a safety guarantee for battery charging;

4. Four adjustable laminate panels are standard in the cabinet, and each laminate has multiple heat dissipation and ventilation holes to increase the air fluidity inside the cabinet. At the same time, the PP sheng leakage tank is installed at the bottom of the cabinet, which is used to hold the corrosive liquid such as the electrolyte produced by the battery leakage;

5. The cabinet is installed with an industrial-grade high-precision temperature and humidity transmitter, which adopts a Swiss imported sensor and supports RS485 signal output. When the temperature and humidity value inside the cabinet can be monitored under the startup state. When the temperature and humidity exceeds the set limit value, the built-in buzzer will automatically alarm;

6. A highly sensitive smoke detector is installed on the top of the cabinet. When the smoke detector detects smoke, the buzzer on the front of the cabinet will issue an alarm; []will cut off the power supply of all electrical parts in the cabinet to prevent further harm.

7. Two groups of 1. 5m length LED dazzle lights are installed in the cabinet, with each laminate in the cabinet from top to bottom. LED light switch for automatic mode, open the LED light automatically on, close the LED light automatically off;

8. The hanging point of hanging automatic fire extinguisher is reserved in the cabinet, and users can install hanging automatic fire extinguisher according to the actual needs;

9. The electrical components installed in the cabinet are selected from well-known brands at home and abroad to further improve the stability and safety of the equipment operation;
