Y039 Hand-operating Pressure Pump is a air hand pressure pump. It
is used to calibrate the pressure instruments of the industrial
process in the field and/or control room. Also it can be used as a
pressure generator for pressure instruments, All kinds of pressure
transmitter and pressure gauge and other pressure instrument that
with a pressure below 1.6mpa, can be calibrated by this pressure
pump.

Features Pneumatic Pressure Hand Pump
The hand-operating pressure pump is portable, light weight, wide
temperature range, easy to use. There is a trim adjustment handle
valve and switch valve on the pump, so that it is easy to adjust
the pressure or exhaust the air. There are also matched fast
connection, nylon hose, instrument connector etc, used to connect
the calibrated instrument and the standard gauge. The pump is easy
to carry and to connect with the calibrated instruments in the
field, so the operator can calibrate the instrument fast and
simple.
Structure and Principle
Y039 hand-operating pressure pump(see attachment) is compose of
cylinder, piston rod, trim adjustment valve, switch valve, handle,
quick connector etc. The quick connector is used to connect the
calibrated instrument and the standard gauge. When use it, press
and relive the handle for several times, to drive the piston rod
reciprocating motion, change the volume of the cylinder, can
produce the output pressure of 0-1.6mpa.
Use notes
1. The connector is used to connect standard gauge and calibrated
instrument.
2. When generate the pressure, tight the switch valve clockwise, when
unloading is the opposite.
3. Pay attention everywhere should be sealed during calibrate process,
when the calibration finish it should be unloaded before removing
the instrument, or else the instrument may be risk of damage.
4. When mounted instrument, threaded joints need wrapping tape to
ensure the seal.
