The plastic rotor flowmeter also belongs to the rotor (or float)
flowmeter. The cone tube is AS, the takeover (flange) nut, the
upper and lower stops are UPVC, and the float is ABS. LZS-D is
short tube type, LZS-L is long tube type. It is mainly used in
sewage treatment and environmental protection projects to measure
the single-phase non-pulsating flow of liquid. The main parts of
the LZS series plastic rotor flowmeter cones are made of AS and ABS
plastics, which have good corrosion resistance, low price,
reasonable structure, small size, light weight, and the cones are
not easily broken. Can be widely used in chemical, environmental
protection, food and other industrial sectors.
The connection methods can be divided into four types: plug-in,
welding, thread and flange connection.
The plastic tube flowmeter has the characteristics of high
transparency, intuitive reading, not easy to break, light weight,
long life, convenient installation and connection, etc.

Structure and principle of LZS plastic flowmeter
It is mainly composed of a transparent plastic cone tube with the
small end down and the big end up, and a float that can move up and
down in the cone tube as a measuring element, and is composed of
nuts, nozzles, stoppers and "O" rings. When the fluid flows from
bottom to top in the conical tube, a pressure difference is
generated up and down the float, which makes the float rise. When
the pressure difference is in force balance with the gravity,
buoyancy and viscous force of the float, the float is in a static
position. When the flow rate changes, The flow velocity of the
fluid flowing through the annular gap between the cone tube and the
float changes, the pressure difference between the upper and lower
floats changes accordingly, and the float moves up and down, so the
height of the float at the static position can be used as a measure
of flow.
