The oven adopts an inner circular oven structure, which has high
space utilization and is more energy-saving. It has a fabricated
structure, dividing the oven into 4, 5, or 6 pieces of assembly.
The heating method is based on the principle of hot gas going up,
thus achieving faster heating with a higher efficiency and energy
savings.
The burner is imported from the Italian Liya Road brand while the
control system uses the Siemens S7-1200 network cable communication
method for data collection, avoiding any problems with traditional
wiring. The low-voltage electrical appliances are designed and
configured by Germany Schneider, making them more stable and
durable.
The whole machine is equipped with a remote maintenance module,
allowing operators at the Yingchuang Rotational Plastic Factory to
monitor operations of all equipment remotely over the Internet. All
motors are equipped with Siemens variable frequency control to
improve the service life and age of the motor and reducer.
Gearboxes are equipped with domestic-made heavy-duty gearboxes with
well-known brands.
