The oven adopted an inner circular oven structure, which has a high space utilization and is more energy-saving. It is divided into 4 or 5 and 6 pieces of assembly using a fabricated structure. Heating is done through the principle of hot gas going up creating a faster and higher rate of efficiency for energy savings. The burner is imported from Italy’s Liya Road brand. The control system uses Siemens S7-1200 network cable communication method to reduce the problem of conventional lines and make the line laying more beautiful. Low-voltage electrical appliances are configured with Germany Schneider making the use more stable and durable. The whole machine is equipped with a remote maintenance module to enable the operation of all equipment to be monitored and viewed by the Yingchuang Rotational Plastic Factory through the internet overseas. Motors are equipped with Siemens variable frequency control to increase its service life and age of the motor and reducer. Gearbox adopts domestic famous brand heavy-duty gearbox making the operation mode more fool-like and simpler.
