Advantages
Strong corrosion resistance, 3 times that of galvanized steel
sheet. The density of 55% aluminum is smaller than the density of
zinc. Hence, when weight and thickness of plating layer are the
same, the area of galvalume steel sheet is 3% or more than that of
galvanized steel sheet.
Color coated steel sheet is made through chemical pretreatment,
preliminary coating as well as fine coating. Compared with single
spraying or brushing on the surface of formed metal, the quality of
the coating produced is more uniform, stable and ideal.
