The slurry filter press pumps of ZBYL series are parent production designed by our company. They have comprehensive application of the latest theories and techniques aiming at solve the problems such as pump suffocation, leakage, low efficiency , which ordinary slurry pump have when press the slurry.

At the same time this production was conferred as ''National key new product*, certificate by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Commerce, the State administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and quarantine of People' s Republic of China.

Features

To drastically solve the leakage problem of filter press pump, it adopts the Radial breathing mode which coordinates with vice impeller expeller seal technology.

With the application of the technology of CAD and optimization theory, all pumps of this series are efficient enough to reach the requirement to the premium grades of "JB/T53060-93 centrifugal slurry pumps grading of product quality".

"Non overload design" theory is used in the designing process of the pump. When the rate of flow is high, the head of delivery is low, while when the rate of flow is low, the head of delivery is high. This king of head curve totally accord with the requirements for slurry pump in filtering and pressing slag slurry.

ZBYL series slurry filter press pumps can take the place of ordinary slurry pump and traditional two stage filter press pump in filtering and pressing slag slurry in many industries such as Coal, iron and steel, and mines.

XZBYL series is the second generation of ZBYL series:

• The material of suction, pressure relief cover and vice impeller is changed from ordinary cast iron to antifriction iron, so that the life of the above-mentioned part improves greatly.From the direction of the pump, the suction inlet can be put on either side of the pump compared with the former which the suction inlet can only on the left.
• According to the user feedback of the ZBYL pump, XZBYL series made some improvement in strength and reliability, and further improved the life of the pump and the main parts.
• New generation of the XZBYL slurry pumps have much lower head of delivery when the rate of flow is high, which more in line with the requirement for slurry pump filter press slag slurry.
• Variety of the series rom 4 to 6. Two varieties X100ZBYL-450 and X150ZBYL-630 were added. The design flow from 144m³/h to 468m³/h which reaches all requirements for slurry pump filter press slag slurry.
