Ultrasonic verticality tester can ensure bored pile and diaphragm
wall’s quality, from take parameters from diameter, length,
sediment thickness and verticality. Ultrasonic verticality tester
is composed of main control box , CNC winch, integrated ultrasonic
probe and sediment probe, and related peripheral components. The
ultrasonic probe is fixed on the numerical control winch and
automatically rises and falls.
How bored pile ultrasonic verticality tester works?
First groove wall can be displayed at 2D-3D, flexibly switching,
and user can browse drilling hole 3D pillar chart, that's visually
display drilling hole space shape.
Then user can view data information such as four wall spacing,
migrants, pores, verticality and other data informations , to make
the abnormal value highlight.
The probe has built -in dumped sensor and pressure sensor, the
inclination sensor controls the probe state, the pressure sensor
controls the probe force, the dual parameter shall jointly
determine the thickness of the sediment, improve the accuracy, and
automatically output the thickness of the sediment.
