The impeller is the rotating wet parts. Volute liner of slurry pump 6/4E- are the important wet parts for transfers slurry.They can be replacement of wet parts of warman slurry pump 6/4E-. The material of the impeller and volute liner them are wear resistant and erosion resistant. The material is hard metal high chrome alloy Cr26, Cr27, Cr28, A05, A07, A09. .

Technology

High chrome alloy material

1. A05 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions.The high abrasive-resistance of A05 is supported by the presence of hard carbides within its micro-structure. Alloy A05 is particularly suited
to applications where mild corrosion resistance, as well as erosion resistance is required.

2. A07 Marten-sic white iron with moderate erosion resistance.

3. A49 is usually apply in low pH corrosion duties, where erosive-resistance is also needed. The alloy is particularly suitable for Flue Gas Desulphu-rization(FGD) and other corrosive applications, pH less than 4. A49 has an erosion resistance similar to that of Ni-Hard
