Six to see the smoke, check the smoke color. Seven look at the fuel injection, check the stuck. Eight look at the fire head, check sooner or later.

2. The timing of the excavator engine: look at the fire head to check the morning and evening, and see whether the fire head refers to whether the fuel injection is timing, that is to say, whether the fuel supply advance angle meets the regulations. Each type of diesel engine has marked its own fuel supply advance angle in the manual.

3. The step is to remove the high-pressure fuel pipe at one end of the fuel injector.

4. Loosen the nut of the high-pressure oil pipe connected to one end of the fuel injection pump, rotate the high-pressure oil pipe to one position, make the nozzle face up, and then tighten the nut.

5. Put the hand throttle to the oil supply position, use the oil pump wrench to pump oil or turn the flywheel, stop turning immediately when the oil level of the nozzle starts to rise, and observe whether the oil supply scale line on the flywheel is aligned with the mark on the water tank. If the lines are aligned or not very different (within 8mm on the circumference of the flywheel), the oil supply time is correct, otherwise it needs to be adjusted.
