LID DISPENSING(PRE-CUT LID)

1.Automatic pick and place aluminum foil film

2.Cutting aluminum foil film and sealing lids at one step,it can position lids one the capsules top center,when film touch with capsule top,then cutting and sealing.

3.Special tool cutting blade,it guarantee cutting teeth very smaller,get a good appearance.

SEALING

1.The heat-sealing process has been improved,and the seals have been turned into seal.

2.Under the premise of ensuring lids sealing 100% without gas leak,film folds are avoided.
