model of our brand FIBOS FA5-Series, Single Point Weight Sensor
FA506 can be used to measure weight ranges from 50kg up to 1000kg
capacity, its Accuracy class is high precision standard C3, its
Rated output range is 2.0±20%mV/V, its Zero Balance range is
±0.1mV/V, its Creep(30min) ≤0.02%F.S., its Non-linearity and
Hysteresis both ≤0.017%F.S., its Repeatability ≤0.015%F.S..
Principle of single point sensors
The elastomer (elastic element, sensitive beam) is deformed
elastically by an external force, the resistance strain gauge is
pasted on its surface (conversion element) and with the
deformation, the resistance changes (increases or decreases) and
the corresponding measuring circuit converts the change in
resistance into an electrical signal (voltage or current), thus
completing the conversion process of the external signal.
