of aluminium profiles with a cross section of 130×150 mm (If
worktable no need turn, section will be large)
A 6kw, water-cooled electrospindle allows the production of custom
machined and milled elements

1. This CNC Drilling Milling Machine Main Feature
● It is suitable for the processing of round holes, slot holes, key
holes, special-shaped holes of industrialaluminum alloy profiles, doors and windows, curtain wall aluminum
alloy profiles, and aluminum profile milling, chamfering, plane engraving and other processes.
● The main shaft uses an air-cooled electric main shaft with an
output of 6 kW and a rotating speed of 6000 to 18000 rpm. It has
high precision, good security and high reliability.
● The control system is equipped with a professional graphics
library and a profile library, which is easy to use and efficient.
● The working table is rotated 180°, 90°~0°~+90°, the profile can
be processed on three sides at the same time. When processing deep
holes (shaped holes),
deep hole processing can be performed by rotating the worktable to
improve efficiency and good quality.
● It uses an automatic mercury oil supply system, and the cutter
adopts a spray cooling device controlled by the system.
● The main parts of the machine tool are made of steel structure,
all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment to ensure stable operation
