WSZ-CNC Series is a completely computerized processing middle with
three interpolating axes for the machining of aluminium profiles
with a go phase of 130×a hundred and fifty mm (If worktable no want
turn, phase can be large) A 6kw, water-cooled electrospindle
permits the manufacturing of custom machined and milled elements

1. Main Feature
● it's appropriate for the process of spherical holes, slot holes,
key holes, special-shaped holes of industrialaluminum alloy
profiles, doors and windows, curtain wall aluminium alloy profiles,
and aluminum profile milling, chamfering, plane engraving and
alternative processes.
● The main shaft adopts an air-cooled electric main shaft with a
power of 6KW and a rotation speed of 6000 to 18000 revolutions/min. It has high precision, good safety and high
reliability.
● The control system is equipped with a professional graphics
library and a profile library, which is easy to use and efficient.
● The working table is rotated 180°, 90°~0°~+90°, the profile can
be processed on three sides at the same time. When processing deep
holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing can be performed by
rotating the work table to improve efficiency and good quality.
● The main parts of the machine tool are made of steel structure,
all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment to ensure stable operation
