Aluminum Profile 3 Axis CNC Drilling Milling Machine
It is appropriate for the processing of spherical holes, slot
holes, key holes, special-fashioned holes of industrialaluminum
alloy profiles, doorways and windows, curtain wall aluminum alloy
profiles, and aluminum profile milling, chamfering, aircraft
engraving and different processes.
WSZ-CNC Series is a fully automated processing center with 3 interpolating axes
for the machining
of aluminium profiles with a cross section of 130×150 mm (If
worktable no need turn, section will be large)
A 6kw, water-cooled electrospindle allows the production of custom
machined and milled elements
1. Main Feature
● The main shaft uses an air-cooled electric main shaft with an
output of 6 kW and a rotating speed of 6000 to 18000 rpm. It has
high precision, good security and high reliability.
● The worktable is turned 180°, -90°~0°~+90°, the profile can be
processed on three sides at one time. When processing deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing
can be realized by turning the worktable to improve efficiency and good quality. .
● The automatic mercury oil supply system is adopted, and the
cutter adopts a system-controlled spray cooling device.
● The main parts of the machine tool are made of steel structure,
all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment to ensure stable operation

This machine is designed to proceed Round Holes, Slot holes, Key
holes, Water slots, Square Holes, special-shaped
holes for windows and doors aluminum profiles, curtain wall alloy
profiles
Milling all type holes on aluminium profile, also can be worked in
Industry alumnum.
