The machining center of the WSZ series with 3 controlled axes and pneumatic table rotation has been designed to carry out drilling and milling work on aluminum or steel profiles. Equipped as standard with minimum lubrication, double stop, manual tool magazine with 6 places and spindle with quick tool coupling. WSZ sesies is the solution that combines compact working dimensions and high processing performance.

Numerous configuration options available (automatic tool change, rigid tapping, adjustable worktable rotation to intermediate angles, lubricant cooling) making the aluminum milling machine a scalable solution for many different needs.

1. This CNC Drilling Milling Machine Main Feature

● It is suitable for the processing of round holes, slot holes, key holes, special-shaped holes of industrialaluminum alloy profiles, doors and windows, curtain wall aluminum alloy profiles, and aluminum profile milling, chamfering, plane engraving and other processes.

● The main shaft adopts an electric air-cooled main shaft with an output of 3.5 kW and a rotating speed of 6,000 to 18,000 rpm. It has high precision, good security and high reliability.

● The control system is equipped with a professional graphics library and a profile library, easy to use and efficient.

● The working table is rotated 180°, 90°~0°~+90°, the profile can be processed on three sides at the same time.When processing deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing can be performed by rotating the work table to improve efficiency and good quality. .

● An automatic mercury oil supply system is introduced, and the tailor adopts a spray cooling device controlled by the system.

● The main parts of the machine tool are made of steel structure, all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment to ensure stable operation
