Aluminum Profile 3 +1 Axes CNC Milling Machine
The WSZ Series machining centre with 3 controlled axes and pneumatic
rotation of the table has been designed to carry out drilling and
milling operations on aluminium or steel profiles. Equipped as
standard with minimum lubrication, double stop, manual 6 location
tool magazine and spindle with quick-release tool coupling. WSZ sesies is the solution that combines compact working dimensions
and high machining performance.
Numerous configuration options are available (automatic tool
change, rigid tapping, adjustable rotation of the work table to
intermediate angles, lubri-cooling), making aluminum milling machine a solution that can be scaled to many different needs.
1. This CNC Drilling Milling Machine Main Feature
● It is suitable for the processing of round holes, slot holes, key
holes, special-shaped holes of industrialaluminum alloy profiles, doors and windows, curtain wall aluminum
alloy profiles, and aluminum profile milling, chamfering, plane engraving and other processes.
● The main shaft adopts an air-cooled electric main shaft with a
power of 3.5 KW and a rotation speed of 6000 to 18000 revolutions/min. It has high precision, good safety and high
reliability.
● The control system is equipped with professional graphics library
and profile library, which is easy to operate and efficient.
● The worktable is turned 180°, -90°~0°~+90°, the profile can be
processed on three sides at one time. When processing deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing
can be realized by turning the worktable to improve efficiency and good quality. .
● The automatic mercury oil supply system is adopted, and the
cutter adopts a system-controlled spray cooling device.
● The main parts of the machine tool are made of steel structure,
all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment to ensure stable operation
