► How to use
- Clean the transducer: Use a soft cloth or disposable disinfectant
wipe to clean the transducer before each use. Ensure it is dry
before proceeding.
- Connect the transducer: Locate the transducer port on the
ultrasound system and gently insert the transducer cable into the
port. The cable should insert easily, but do not force it.
- Power on the ultrasound system: Press the power button on the
ultrasound system and wait for it to boot up. Follow the specific
instructions for your Toshiba Aplio 500 system.
- Select the appropriate exam type: Use the ultrasound system's menu
or touchscreen to select the desired exam type or preset. Choose
the option that is suitable for phased array imaging.
