NJ series Backstop

It is a contact anti-reverse device suitable for low-speed shafts. Compared with the ordinary backstop (roller backstop, ratchet, brake), it has the advantages of lightweight, compact structure, reliable force transmission, easy release, convenient installation, and low installation accuracy requirements under the same backstop torque.

NJ type backstop is several shaped blocks arranged between the inner and outer rings according to a specific law; when the inner ring is rotating forward, the shaped block is in gentle contact with the inner and outer rings; when the inner ring is rotating backwards, the shaped block under the action of the spring force, the inner and outer rings are wedged tight, thus bearing the backcheck torque.
