1. Frying machine capacity:
The finished product data shows that the design of the continuous fritter and conveyor enables the composite chips to produce 100-2000kg/ h, while ensuring consistent product color and a long shelf life.
2. Continuous Fried Machine:
After being pressed and cut, the slices are transported to the fryer and clamped into stainless steel molds for uniform frying.
After the chips are fried, they fall off the mold and are fed to the seasoning and packaging equipment.
3. Precision temperature control:
The continuous circulation of the oil between the fryers and the heat exchangers ensures accurate control of the oil temperature and can be quickly adjusted according to changes in feed.The low oil temperature preserves the quality of the oil.
4. The use of frequency conversion speed regulating special motor and frequency conversion governor control, frying time range from 20 seconds to 15 minutes adjustable, equipment wide range of use, to adapt to various frying process of food.
5. The upper and lower double mesh belt design is used in order to maintain the uniform color of the product when it floats in the process of frying, and will not produce the phenomenon of uneven food frying.
