Description:
KSD301 snap dics thermal switch is a kind of miniature hermetically
sealed bimetal temperature limiter (1/2" disc). It is of
single-pole single-throw structure and works under resistive load.
It is a snap-action thermostat with a bi-metal disc as the
temeprature sensing element. It is manual reset type. Its main
working principle is to control the temperature by opening the
bi-metal strip. It stays at normally closed status, it opens when
temeprature rising, and it will be reseted by manual.This safety
limiter is in wide use in a great variety of compact type home
appliances, such as coffee maker, water dispenser, toaster,
microwave oven, electric pad and portable icebox etc., to provide
temperature control or temperature protection.
