1. What kind of products do you provide?

mosaic, fireplace and hearths, window and door frame, and exterior
wall cladding, mushroom stone, loose stone, culture stone,
retaining wall stone, walkway and driveway paving stone, kerb
stone, coping stone, water fountain, sculpture, stepping stone and
other garden stones, etc.
2. Are you a trading company or factory?
We're a manufacturer and trading combo, cooperated with many
quarries which have great advantages on the pricing, delivery and
product consolidations, etc.
3. How do I know your quality?
High resolution and detailed photos/videos and free sample will be
able to verify our quality. We also send you your product pictures
during production process.After production, QC inspection by
yourself / your friend / 3rd party QC agent is accepted.
4. Can I get a sample first? And how does it charge?
Yes, free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.
5. What if the tiles are broken during transition?
All our products are insuranced, our after sales will sort out the
reasons and will sure you'll be properly compensated.
6. What's the benefit for long term importers or distributors?
For those regular customers, we offer incredible discount, sample
free shipping, free sample for custom design, custom packaging and
QC as per custom requirements.
7. Can I get a door to door service? or can I get the tiles
delivered to my door?
Yes, we offer delivery to your door service, which makes your work
easy.
8. What's your MOQ?
A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2.
B: Other items depends, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set,
Baluster 10 pieces etc.
9. What's the port of loading?
A: Normally Xiamen Port, Tianjin Port, Wuzhou Port, Wuhan Port,
Qingdao Port, etc.
10. How is your packing?
A: Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden boxes (foam and
plastic film inside) with plastic tapes in 6 sides, further
strengthened with iron sheet in the corner. Individual carton
packing or customized packing is available.
11. What's your payment term?
A: We accept many payment terms: TT, L/C, Trade Assurance, 100% TT
in advance;
For small batch orders, Western Union, MoneyGram, Escrow, Paypal
are accepted by us.
12. What's your production lead time?
A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP. Faster
lead time is available upon confirmation.
