Product Description

Rubber vulcanizing press machine 1000Ton.

1. The press is multiple frames structure, and upward stroke type.
2. The heating method is steam or oil heating.
3. The press is adopted with 4 sets of cylinders, in one line. The diameter of the pistons are Φ600mm. The material of the cylinders are ductile cast iron, and the pistons are chilled cast iron. The good material can promise a long and stable working life.
4. The control system is adopted with SIEMENS PLC controller .
5. The press is adopted with auto mechanical mold sliding device, which is driven in and out by two hydraulic cylinders. There are "T" slots on the top heating platen and moving platen for mold mounting.
