SME-820 is a Stainless Steel Water-Base Liquid Solder Paste Stencil Cleaning Machine SMT Automatic Stencil Cleaner. The lquid wash and DI water rinse are 2 independent system. 2 sets of pipes, 2 sets of electric pumps, 2 filter barrels.

SME-820 can clean thin solder paste stencil, red glue stencil, 3mm thickness red glue cooper stencil,3mm thickness red glue plastic stencil, mis-printed PCB and squeegees.

SME-820 process: water-based liquid wash--DI water rinse--hot air blow dry. SME-820 has 4 fixed cleaning spray rods, 4 fixed air knives 2 one left side and 2 one right side of stencil.

SME-820 has the most stable mechanism structure compare with other stencil cleaning machines--4 cleaning spray rods and 4 air knives fixed; stencil move back and forth.
