SME-5200 Processing Parts Automatic Spray Wash Machine Processing
Oil Resin Particle Dusts Dual Station Spray Cleaner is used to
clean oil, resin, particles, dusts on the surface of processing
parts.
Wash process: put dirty parts in round basket--liquid wash--water
rinse--hot air blow dry. the processing parts on round basket turns
360° ,the upper, lower and front side spray bars fixed.
PLC control, TP operation. SME-5200 has wash unit, rinse unit, dry
unit, filter unit and electric control unit. Liqui clean, tap water
rinse, hot air blow dry process are automatic conducted one by one
accorind to setting programe.
Machine features:
