It is mainly used for 1-4 color screen printing of 4L and 5L oil
drums.
Features:
1. PLC programmable controller and easy-to-use touch screen are
adopted to make the machine easy to operate and stable.
2. The machine speed can be adjusted according to the printing
needs to meet different printing requirements.
3. The feeding conveyor belt of the machine adopts anti abrasion
belt, which can protect the surface of the oil barrel from
abrasion.
4. The flame surface treatment is equipped with automatic and
continuous flame spraying function to meet different printing
speed, and equipped with safety anti tempering device.
5. The machine adopts precise dividers for transmission, with
simple maintenance and stable transmission.
6. It is equipped with container inflation and pressure regulation
function to ensure the oil barrel thickness and fine printing
quality.
7. The pressure of the scraper is adjustable, and the scraper part
has the function of fine-tuning the direction and angle of X, y, Z
and z-r.
8. The machine is equipped with the function of printing in
advance, so as to meet the high-speed printing requirements of
customers.
9. The machine is equipped with a high intensity UV curing system.
