Applications:
It is mainly used for 1-color to multi-color repeated screen
printing of flat plastic and glass containers such as as widened
and lengthened washing products, cosmetics, drugs, food and
decoration products.
Features:
1.It adopts Japanese Panasonic PLC programmable controller and
easy-to-use touch screen, which makes the machine easy to operate
and stable.
2. The machine speed can be adjusted according to the printing
needs to meet different printing requirements.
3. The feeding conveyor belt of the machine adopts anti abrasion
belt, which can protect the bottle surface from abrasion.
4. The flame surface treatment is equipped with automatic and
continuous flame spraying function to meet different printing
speed, and equipped with safety anti tempering device.
5. Transmission cylinder adopts separate independent standard
cylinder, maintenance and replacement is convenient and fast, and
greatly saves maintenance costs.
6. It is equipped with container inflation and pressure adjustment
function to ensure the fine printing quality of the bottle
thickness.
7. The pressure of the scraper is adjustable, and the scraper part
has the function of fine-tuning the direction and angle of X, y, Z
and z-r.
8. The machine is equipped with the function of
no-bottles-no-print, so as to meet the high-speed printing

9. The independent UV curing oven is easy to detect the waste
