Features

The current and time control of the welding machine and the cylinder action are programmed using a Japanese Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC), which has the following functional features.

The controller is designed for use with secondary rectifier fixed projection welding machines.

The welding process is controlled by the microcomputer in a closed loop, which ensures constant welding current in the event of fluctuations in grid voltage and changes in welding load, thus guaranteeing the quality of the welded joint.

Single spot welding and continuous spot welding functions.

Power failure data saving function, no data loss for 10 years after power failure.

With error self-detection function, various abnormal conditions (SCR, transformer water shortage temperature rise abnormality, power shortage etc.) are displayed with fault codes and a buzzer is sounded.
