• Please use our standard PD adapter for power input , if you used an un-normal adapter , it may cause the charging pad work un-properly .
• We strong recommend to use a branded adapter while charging.
• Please do not attempt to disassemble this product, it may result in short-circuit or even damage.
• The product should be kept in dry and ventilated environment, do not store in an area of high humidity and high temperature.
• Please do not use organic solvent to clean product surface.

Delivery:

1. We provide 12 months warranty for all products except accessories.

2. Promotion products only offer replacement and maintenance services.

3. Refund not available(except products not as described);

4. Artificial damages(screen dropped or broken,scrathes etc) is out of warranty, customers need to pay freight and new parts changed's cost if need maintenance;

4. Items returned after 7 days upon delivery are only for repair.
